pened the scoring though a Steve Chisholm scrappy goal, Mildenhall replied straight away by the means of a penalty with the Melford defender lucky to stay on the pitch. Melford regained the lead with 10 Min's of the first half left, a fine strike by James Cadby, and with the last touch of the half Dan Grindrod scored direct from a corner. Mildenhall applied all the pressure in the second half and Melford had to resort to the odd break. From a corner on the 70 min mark, a powerful Steve Adams header found the mildenhall keeper wanting. Mildenhall didn`t give up and with the tackles now flying in Melford conceded a further penalty which was duly dispatched, with no further goal action but plenty for the ref to do, the game finished like a typical cup game, players booked, one sent off, goal mouth scrambles, bloodied legs and a proud noisy away changing room.
